You have up to 14 days from receiving your order to apply for a refund on an undamaged product.
To be considered for a refund, your order should be returned in its original packaging in the same unused condition. After inspecting these products and confirming their unused condition, a full refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for any cost of returning products to us. It is advised that if returning products to us that you pay for item tracking. All returning goods remain your responsibility until we have received them.
You have up to 48 hours from receiving your order to apply for a refund on a damaged item.
Please contact us with photo evidence in the event that your order is damaged during delivery. The damaged products will either be resent or you will be refunded the cost of these.
