Shipping.

Standard delivery

Currently we only offer a standard postage option where products aim to be delivered within 3-5 working days, or sooner where possible. (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays).

Currently shipping to the UK only.

Sophie Martin Art aims to respect these delivery times and should an issue occur in meeting these, buyers will be contacted promptly. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late deliveries or lost packages caused by a third-party contracted to make the delivery of your product.

In the event you do not receive your order an investigation will be conducted with the third-party carrier. This make take several days from receiving your claim. There will be no replacement or re-delivering of your order whilst under investigation. Once the order has been located we will either re-deliver or replace this. Sophie Martin Art cannot be held responsible for items left in a safe place by the delivery company.
